Overview

Armor Designs, Inc. (ADI) is a cutting edge manufacturer of protective armor products. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, ADI has created products using their proprietary VCM technology. ADI's vision and commitment is to produce high-quality composite armor for people, vehicles and structures around the world.

The body armor product is ADI's most advanced product to date. The testing and evaluation was completed on the body armor products and production began in October 2007. Next to market will be the commercial and military vehicle as well as rotorcraft armor products. These products are at an advanced stage of testing and evaluation. Assuming testing and evaluation of these products is successful, production will commence in 2008.

Background & Structure

Armor Designs, LLC was organized in the State of Delaware, USA on the 30th of September 2004 as a subsidiary of Hawthorne and York, International, Ltd. (HYI) a company wholly-owned by Dr. James St. Ville. Armor Designs, LLC was incorporated to develop and commercialize the VCM patented technology developed by Dr. St. Ville within the field of the composite armor market. In March of 2006, Armor Designs, Inc. was incorporated as a subsidiary of HYI and on the 1st of January 2007, HYI transferred its entire interest in Armor Designs, LLC to Armor Designs, Inc., which then became the holding company and immediate parent of Armor Designs, LLC.
