Overview
The VCM technology is the subject of several United States and international patents and patent applications, which are owned by Aztec IP company, LLC (Aztec) and which are licensed to Armor Designs, LLC pursuant to the Aztec License Agreement. In addition, the Company licenses know how relating to the VCM technology from Hawthorne & York, International, Ltd. (HYI) a company wholly owned by Dr. James St Ville, pursuant to a technology license agreement.
A royalty of 2 per cent. of gross sales is payable by Armor Designs, LLC to Aztec pursuant to the Aztec License Agreement. A royalty of 4 per cent. of gross sales is payable by Armor Designs, LLC to HYI pursuant to the HYI License Agreement.
